There are many ways to take notes and some people will always prefer the old pen and paper way. I have a friend who uses a spiral notebook and has system that includes clipping and folding corners to identify tasks needing attention or tasks completed. It works extremely well for her and keeps her organized, but what happens if she accidentally leaves the notebook on her desk and meets someone in down the hall who gives her details that she needs to record?

 

I have three ways of taking notes and am trying to narrow it down to a useful system that works for me.
